Melton started out as an apprentice at a multi-line family-owned automobile dealership in the Detroit area before successfully moving through every department and aspect of management all the way up to dealer principal. After a 34-year history, Melton embarked on a path to develop an innovative business model for the automotive community. Using his expertise and knowledge Melton created his first global vehicle entity in 2007 – a competitive vehicle agency specifically meeting the needs of the automotive community. Now with Victory Auto Solutions, an affliate of Victory Automotive Group, with dealerships and locations across the country, Melton continues to provide procurement, leasing, renting and disposal of thousands of units from the North American and foreign markets globally.
